Spring and summer sessions at Dulwich College
The session is suitable for all abilities and involves both the 300m track and grass playing fields. The focus is on speed work which will help training for all event distances or just general fitness.
Please arrive from 7:00pm. The warm up drills and stretches starting at 7:10pm, and the main session around 7.20pm. At Dulwich we meet at the green pavilion by the tennis courts which is where you pay.
