Winter Route 7 - Alleyn Park, Westwood Hill, Bell Green, Forest Hill & Peckham Rye
Route 7A (Short - 5.6 miles / 8.95 km - 104m elevation gain
The same route as the others until the top of Crystal Palace Parade. Turn left on to the flat part of Sydenham Hill and then rejoin the Medium route at the South Circular. Take care when crossing the South Circular at the Grove PH junction with left filtering traffic.

Route 7B (Medium - 7.6 miles / 12.2 km - 156 m elevation gain
The same route as the Long route as far as Wood Vale. Continue back to the Club House via Lordship Lane and Court Lane. Cross Lordship Lane after the Grove PH junction.

Route 7C (Long - 9.8 miles / 15.7 km - 177m elevation gain
Turney Road - Croxted Road - Alleyn Park (as an alternative to the whole length of Croxted Road) - Kingswood Drive - Fountain Drive - A212 Westwood Hill / Sydenham Road all the way to Lower Sydenham Sainsbury's - B227 Perry Vale - take the short cut tunnel underneath Forest Hill station - A205 London Road past the Horniman Museum - Wood Vale - Peckham Rye - Goose Green - East Dulwich Grove - Village Way - Burbage Road.
