Contact your Committee Members

All Committee members help to deliver a well run Dulwich Runners Athletics Club, ensuring it remains a successful, welcoming and sociable Club where members of mixed abilities can get the most out of their running, and have the opportunity to develop and progress. All roles are available for election every year at the Annual General Meeting in April/May. Committee tasks are often blurred with Members able to make a difference to a wide variety of roles. For further information please contact the following either through their email (where provided) or the Club's Facebook Group:

Membership & Newsletter Editor

Barry Graham

He can be found most weeks at our Wednesday Night Club runs and track sessions and is able to explain the benefits of joining, the training we offer races and leagues we participate in and about all aspects of Dulwich Runners and answer any questions new and prospective members may have about running with us.

Barry is also the editor of the weekly Shorts Newsletter providing details of up and coming races, events and race reports and news. So if you have a race report please let Barry know by Tuesday noon for Wednesday publication.

Chairs

Ange Norris & Ebe Prill

The Club Chairs have overall responsibility for the smooth running of the club and chair committee meetings and the AGM. They oversee the running and administration of Wednesday Club nights which they can undertake personally, or delegate to a Committee member. They also oversee Club events including the Club Championships and present medals when the Honorary President is unable to do so.

The Chairs listen to members’ views and are able to raise issues at these meetings.

Ange and Ebe have been members for many years, the club has been an important part of their lives and have benefitted a lot from it. That is an aim we have for all members. Together with the rest of the committee, we will try to be as inclusive as possible so whatever running goals you all have can be achieved at Dulwich Runners.

If anyone has any ideas or issues, please do let us know. You can talk to us/message us at any time at Dulwichchair@gmail.com

Club Captains

Katie Smith & Laura Vincent, Ed Chuck & Alex Loftus

The four Captains encourage members to participate in Club events and feel part of the team. They let members know of fixtures and submit entries on behalf of runners for events such as the Surrey Cross Country League and South of England Masters. They select Club Championship races, and also select members to represent the Club in certain races and Leagues.

In conjunction with the Athletic Development Sub-Committee (ADSC) the four Captains are responsible for selecting Club Championship races and setting the rules, and selecting events for the Ken Crooke Cross-Country Championships.
